Aussie Millions 2008 Team

Sebastiaan van Kempen started taking poker seriously two years ago after realizing “it was possible to earn some money with poker.” He currently works for a worldwide insulation company and mostly plays poker online. Sebastiaan’s favourite poker game is No Limit Texas Holdem but admits to having tried and enjoyed other types of poker. The Dutchman mostly plays in tournaments but dabbles in cash games every so often. Winning a $12,500 Aussie Millions Freeroll is Sebastiaan’s biggest poker success to date, but he has also had his share of wins from other tournaments in 2007. When he found out the good news, Sebastiaan admits, “It felt great! I was in a bit of a shock as this was really a once in a lifetime chance for me.” He proceeded to celebrate with his girlfriend who was also understandably excited. When not playing poker, Sebastiaan also “likes to play darts and pool.” This will be Sebastiaan’s first trip to Australia and coincidentally his first trip overseas.
