Because of expensive marketing and promotions, as seen on national television, Full Tilt has grown like a mushroom cloud from a nuclear bomb.
Their computer interface, access to games, is often ragged during prime time. New players are confused and often confusing to others. Players are often disappointed when a game is stopped mid-way. Any interuption when players have chips/dollars in play leaves us concerned, and often with valid reasons on Full Tilt, that we'll have a fair resolution.
The nuclear fallout from the mushroom cloud growth is that a large percentage of new online players are feeling they are at the mercy of an overtaxed computer system and a staff so busy that they can only be reactive.
Some players move on to other online sites, some just move on.
Password 02.06.2007, 11:05ive had this happen to me at fulltilt, i was in the Irish open final round, there was about 80 people in this tournament,i was 19th, just doubled up, when BAMM!!! THE SERVER WENT DOWN!TO MY SUPRISE I WAS THERE FOR A BOUT AN HOUR OR 2 TRYING MY DAMDEST TO GET LOGGED BACK IN THINKING OH GOD DISCONNECTED AGAIN????well this time i have to say they DID the right thing, everybody left in this tournament, got the entry back, plus they did divided up the grand prize and gave to those left based on the rank they had at the time of the crash,it took several hours for them to get back up and running again,it was a bitter sweet kind of thing, i was glad to get paid, like about $650.00 plus 200+15 entry, but i really thought i had a good chance to win this one,i was SO disappointed!!!
