Good software and games, however they really have a terrible support, you can't call and it takes them a lot of time to reply your emails.
With the addition of the FullTilt Poker Academy, in my opinion they go to number one. I thought it would be pretty easy poker lessons, but they have used their pros to craft truely challenging, game-changing & game-improving.

i have to agree with pokerpro i have had a hard time getting my money and still have not got it
i have had trouble cashing out too whats up with that
I had an account. My friends all had accounts. Some of my friends i had referred or transfered money too or let them play on my laptop. Anytime they had a discrepancy on their account, full tilt would LOCK me out of MY account. My account should be separate from their accounts. WE are not even related!!! I should not be responsible, they are grown adults! I tried discussing this with "support" it took them over two hours to reply and all they said was "we understand it is not your account and it has nothing to do with you but you are still locked out until YOUR FRIEND deals with it." WOW it has nothing to do with my account. AND they don't let you cash out 3/4 of the time. "cashing out" is unavailable.
They do have a horrible support system. And the same thing that happened to pkrshrk happened to me. My account would get locked for something I had nothing to do with. Ridicuous. I was appalled. And they do take forever to reply and its hard to cash out. In addition their bad beats are the absolute worst from any other website.
