UPC (Underground Poker Club) hosts games in Orlando Florida at 8PM on Weds. We start with a tourney with 100 to 150 for the buy in. Start with 16000 in chips, blinds are every 20 minutes. We usually have between 12 and 22 players. Our dealers do not play at all. Our Sunday games start at 6PM and are lower buy ins. My home game is always looking for more players. We have a game every two weeks and it alternates between Fridays and Saturdays. Buy-ins vary week to week and sometimes do a bounty tourney. All food and beverage is included in the buy-in fee which is always buy-in+10.
We always run a 1/2 NL 200 max cash game and have had several tables running at the same time.
Our largest tourney had 42 players and our smallest had 15.i say we average 22 players each time. We would like to average 30 players per event.
We run this in a "Season" format. Each season is 10 tournaments long. The winners of each tournament come back for the "Tournament of champions" and play for $1000 winner take all at no cost. The reason there is no cost is that there is $100 taken off the pot per tourney. 10 tourneys times $100 equals $1000!!
Anyone who wins a tourney will have a picture take and framed and hung on the wall. The "Tournament of Champions" winner will have a blown up picture in a larger frame, They deserve it sine they are deemed "Champion of a certain season.

I run Home games in the SE part of houston texas 7 nights a week - The players are some of the best in the Houston area and have won several HUGE tournaments.

The latest accomplishement is Pete Pedros missing the final table in the $1500 event by 1 position. Others include winners of the Scotty Nguyen Invitational 7 card stud (1st and 9th place by 2 brothers) - 38K was won by Eric_e in Las Vegas - and a back to back win at Coushatta in Kinder LA.
