John Phan Wins A Big Pot

With the board reading {K-Clubs}{2-Spades}{J-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{10-Hearts}, John Phan led out and his opponent surrendered a 4,000 pot. The river negated the chance for a low and Phan would doubtlessly have scooped in that last bet as well.

Todd Brunson has increased his stack from 4,200 to 9,000. Meanwhile Erik Seidel has slipped to 3,800 and Phil Ivey and is almost down to the felt with just 900.

We've seen lots and lots and lots of split pots over the last half hour or so, but Warren Karp has managed to scoop a few. He currently has a stack of 33,000.
