The Final Table is Set

It took nearly 12 hours of play, but the Final Table in the $2,500 Pot-Limit Omaha table is set.

The day started quickly, with 61 players returning for Day 2 and nearly half the field eliminated by the dinner break. Andy Bloch was the day's Bubble Boy, busting just out of the money in 46th place. Other notables, like Phil Ivey, Joe Beevers, Noah Boeken and Eli Elezra left the tournament just minutes later.

Play slowed significantly as the final table approached, with many of the short stacks biding their time until they could push all in with premium hands. The strategy worked, as players like Dallas Flowers and Jean-Phillipe Leandri doubled through the big stacks numerous times.

In the end though, Leif Force was eliminated in 10th spot, setting up what should be an exciting final table. Join us here at 2PM for all the action and see who goes on to claim the Champion's Bracelet.

Leif Force Eliminated in 10th Place ($17,488)

Down to his last 51,000, Leif Force moved all in from UTG, Theo Jorgensen called from middle position and Jeff Kimber re-potted to 228,000 behind him. Jorgensen got out of the way and the cards were turned up.

Ross Boatman Visits the Bank of J.C. Tran

Poor J.C. Tran. First he had to go and double up the short stacks. Now he's doubling up the mid-stacks.

Ross Boatman opened for 34,000 from the cutoff and Tran called from the small blind. The flop came down {K-Spades}

and both players checked. The turn came the {5-Spades}

and Tran fired out 80,000. Boatman made the call.

The river fell the {2-Diamonds}

and Tran pushed out another 240,000. Boatman tanked for several minutes before calling all in for 200,000.

Flowers Doubles Through Tran - Again

Dallas Flowers and J.C. Tran tangled once again and, again, Flowers came out on top. When Flowers bet 40,000, Tran raised to 100,000, and Flowers pushed all in. Tran called and we saw the cards.
