Steve Junhee Yea Eliminated by Van Marcus in 10th Place ($8,390)

Steve Junhee Yea
Steve Junhee Yea
After being folded around to Steve Junhee Yea in the small blind he pushes all-in for 100,000. Van Marcus quickly calls, opening {A-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}. Yea has {K-Spades}{J-Diamonds}

The flop comes {A-Hearts}{2-Spades}{9-Diamonds} giving Van top pair, and it is all over for Yea when the turn {7-Hearts} and river {10-Diamonds} don't improve him.

Parise Gets a Reprieve

UTG Brett Parise moves all in for 95,000 and it is folded around to Nicholas Bamman who makes the call. Bamman opens his cards and goes white as he opens {J-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} exclaiming, "I thought I had pocket jacks!"
Colour returns to his face when he sees Parise's hand of {7-Spades}{8-Spades}.

On the turn the board showed {A-Spades}{K-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{2-Clubs} and Parise’s day looked over but the {8-Clubs} on the river gave him the life he so desperately needed and he now has 205,000 in chips.

Technical Difficulties

We apologize for the delay in updating. We have been experiencing technical difficulties related to our internet connection.

Final Table Bubble

With only one spot to go until the final table, no one wants to leave just yet! As a poker professional, Van Marcus would be one of the most experienced players in this situation and he is using that to his advantage. Van has been frequently stealing blinds and antes and has worked his stack up to over 500,000.

Carlo Gosselin Eliminated in 11th Place ($8,390)

Carlo Gosselin - 11th place ($8,390)
Carlo Gosselin - 11th place ($8,390)
Nicholas Bamman raises to 30,000 from mid-position and Carlo Gosselin moves all-in for 160,000 from his big blind. Bamman quickly calls with {Q-Spades}{Q-Diamonds} and Carlo shows {A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs}.

The flop of {Q-Hearts}{J-Spades}{9-Spades} was not promising for Carlo and the turn {10-Diamonds} and river {6-Clubs} gave Bamman the 330,000 pot and the Belgian from Thailand, Carlo Gosselin, finishes the day in 11th place.
