Erick Lindgren Eliminated
Vinny Pahuja limped in from early-middle position before Erick Lindgren raised to 2,500 from the hijack seat. The big blind, Craig Ivey, made the call and then Pahuja called as well.
The flop came down
and Ivey led out for a bet of 6,000. Pahuja folded and action was now back on Lindgren. He splashed the rest of his chips into the pot for a total all-in bet of 17,500. Ivey made the call.
When the hands were revealed, Ivey showed

The turn was then dealt and the

Another pause for the cameras and then the dealer dealt the river. The river was the
to put Ivey in the lead and with no more cards to come, that would be the end of Lindgren's tournament. He got it in good, but just couldn't hold on. Lindgren grabbed his bag and headed to the exit. -

Tough Table, No Bet
Justin "Boosted J" Smith is another one of our latecomers, and he's already working the prop bets. Erick Lindgren is at one of the tables adjacent to Smith, and a conversation was struck up between the two.
"How much you got?" asked Smith. Lindgren had 7,000 to Smith's 8,400. Boosted J offered a last longer to Lindgren, and he said he'd give him 1.2 to 1 odds to cover the chip difference. E-Dog took just a minute to glance at his chips and his table before turning it down. "I have a tough table," lamented Lindgren. "Gonna pass this one." -

Let the Post-Dinner Eliminations Begin!
Liv Boeree had fewer than 10 big blinds left in her stack. She put them all at risk by opening with an all-in raise. Action passed to Erick Lindgren. He made the call with pocket tens and was in great shape against Boeree's pocket fives. Lindgren's tens held up to send the beautiful and talented Boeree to the rail.

It's Miller Time!
Lindgren hasn't made much stack progress yet (his 7,500 chips actually represent negative stack progress) but that doesn't seem to have hindered his enjoyment of the proceedings much. Lindgren's got three clones sitting with him, can feast his gaze on the lovely Liv Boeree across from him, and has encouraged everyone at the table to have a draught beer. Lindgren even went so far as to have a beer delivered to Nick Binger.
Well done, Erick. We salute you. -
