Day 2 Action Complete

While writing those last couple of reports, the last two players needed for play to stop were eliminated.

The tournament staff is now bagging up the chips and checking the counts. As soon as we get the official chip counts we will post them up.

The 1,848 steps I climbed today only felt like 1,800, so I must be getting fitter!

It was my pleasure bringing you today's reports! I will be back at 3 p.m. tomorrow to bring you all of the action as we play down to a final table here in Baden.

There is 8,000 in the pot pre-flop and Gunnar Rabe bets out 8,000 after Raul Mestre checks a flop of {9-Clubs}{7-Spades}{3-Spades}. Raul then raises 12,000 more, which Gunnar calls.

The turn brings the {6-Spades} and they both check.

The river card is the {A-Spades} and Raul checks to Gunnar who pushes a 20,000 stack of blue chips into the middle. Raul quickly announces call and then lets out an agonizing cry as he is shown the {K-Spades}{9-Hearts} of Gunnar.

Raul is down to 15,000, while PokerStars online qualifier Gunnar is up to 120,000.
