EPT Dortmund Champion - Andreas Hoivold

Andreas Hoivold has just been crowned the EPT Dortmund Champion. The 35 year old from Norway turned professional 7 months ago and today takes home over 670,000 Euros. This was the biggest ever EPT event.

Andreas entertained the crowd and the press room with his constant chirpy table talk. When asked about his big win he smiled and said "pocket change".

Hoivold the chatter box

The chip lead has changed hands throughout the final table but perhaps the most pertinant thing about this final has been the relentless, friendly and very entertaining table talk of Andreas Hoivold. He is something of a mix between Marcel Luske and Tony G. Expect to see him to make a little name for himself after this, irrespective of the outcome.
