Marathon Match Concludes (Daniel Negreanu 5th - £47,045)

Daniel Negreanu
Daniel Negreanu

After the last hand there would be no more flops played due to Negreanu's stack size. Feldman was first to act and he slid over a stack of 25k chips, enough to cover Negreanu's stack. Negrenu looked at one card and said "Good start" before seeing the other one and snap-calling.

Negreanu: {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}
Feldman: {k-Hearts}{6-Hearts}

Negreanu was in great shape but his hope faded quickly on the {k-Spades}{5-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} board. Feldman found a three-outer and will move forward to face Gus Hansen tomorrow. It doesn't get any easier, does it?
