How many times do you guys find yourselves rooting for the "regular joes" to win the WSOP Main Event? Were you guys rooting for Darvin Moon or Phil Ivey at the 2009 WSOP Main Event final table? Just like in sports we want to see the best players compete at the highest level. During the next three weeks in college basketball for example, it might be interesting if a 14 or 15 seed wins in the first round, but after a while we just want to see the Duke's, UNC's, Kansas' and Ohio State's of the world play for the title.

Cinderellas are fun, but they don't last. Other than the top pros, it takes most people a little while to rattle off the players who final tabled the WSOP ME the past couple of years and thats WITH the November Nine concept. If you want to watch random people play cards then goto your local brick and mortar and sweat $5/$10. They're playing for decent money and I'm sure you might find it exciting. Me, I want to see the best and thats why Onyx is going to be awesome.

We're still growing technically and with the hosts either traveling or living in different parts of the country/world it's difficult for everyone to be on location. We appreciate the input and look forward to improving and growing in the coming weeks and months.
