My state of Virginia will almost certainly opt out of legalized online poker under the provisions allowing it to do so in this bill - completely screwing me out of the chance to play at all; or otherwise opening up state law enforcement to crackdown on me and charge me with crimes. No thanks I oppose this bill passionately.
