PokerNews Exclusive: Isildur1 Speaks About his $4 Million Loss to Brian Hastings (17)

"Just two weeks ago, Hastings won over $4 million from Isildur1 in a session that is now being scrutinized because it has been discovered that Hastings obtained advice on hands from a database of hand histories collected by Brian Townsend. The collection of such a database is a violation of the Full Tilt Poker Terms of Service."

If true,Hastings and Townsend violated "the Full Tilt Poker Terms of Service".

They have apparently admitted as much and Full Tilt should act accordingly and enforce their own rules:

Anything less than returning the dollar amounts brought to the table before play began should be seen as a failure of Full Tilt to enforce their own rules.

Furthermore, they should IMO, ban Hastings and Townsend from Full Tilt.

If it's true that Full Tilt has decided that Hastings did nothing wrong after he admitted to sharing collected hand information, Full Tilt should explain to us why we should continue to play at their tables when they don't abide by their own published rules???
