Agree with philw, Ivey is most likely the sickest overall/all round player, but people tend to think that's he's also the sickest in each form of each variant. That's far from the truth.

I think Bellande has the easiest draw with the qualifier (although I'm not entirely sure what the qualifying process was), Esfandiari and Oppenheim are close seconds to that though.
