This is far from a non-issue.

The collation of hand histores by other players is not allowed. Essentially 2 players combined all their sessions against Isildur, analysed his playing style and then passed this information to Brian Hastings. He had an unfair advantage over Isildur in that he knew his style from the outset and was able to take advantage. Im not saying that Hastings couldnt still have won the session but to record the biggest winning session ever?

First off, there was no collection of hand histories. Taylor Caby said on CardRunners that Townsend got them off of Poker Table Ratings.

Secondly, Hastings has been 100% cleared by Full Tilt Poker. He did nothing wrong.

And finally, since when is it unfair or cheating to analyze how somebody plays in order to use that to beat them? What did the November Nine do for 4 months? What do you do every time you review a session?
