Dennis, I used to deal to you at the Bellagio. I also used to work under Jack McClelland. While I whole heartedly agree with you that something needs to be done, I also believe that TD Bob Daily and Head Cashier Dianna Donofrio are the people you should address with these concerns. Jeffrey Pollack came from NASCAR inCAR to handle branding, marketing, and sponsorship. Incompetent dealers, problems with overseas taxes and technical issues should be handled by them. My question is, "What happened to the tournament directors who were featured in the WSOP program?" The only ones I saw were Jack Effel and Jimmy Sommerfeld. Without technical savvy TDs there is little hope that dealers will be properly trained or guided.
