like her or hate her, Annie Duke gets older and somehow gets hotter. i was unknowingly standing behind her at a charity poker tourney in LV two years ago, checking her out and she turned around...i was stunned to realize it was her. still a little slimy and pathetic though.
i cant see the IRS or DOJ retroactively doing such a thing. the availibility of recordkeeping and the sheer immensity of taxable situations would be a bureaucratic nightmare. there was no tax regulations in place for online gambling, so how could you retroactively process it?
@Tom_0309... the "W2G for any individual wins over $1200" doesnt apply to poker winnings. if you've been forced to sign a W2G for poker winnings over 1200 at any poker room, you should challenge it. the tax requirement is for poker winnings exceeding $5000 + buyin. im pretty sure the IRS WILL NOT retroactively go after any winnings won before black friday. not gonna happen.
