Poker run to benefit Northwest Arkansas Veterans Home

A poker run to benefit the Northwest Arkansas Veterans Home will be held Nov. 8, 2003, in Fayetteville. The event will begin and end at Veteran's Park on Zion Road behind Lowe's. Registration will be at 8 a.m. with the first bike out at 9 a.m. and last bike out at 10 a.m. Last bike in will be at 2:30 p.m. Cost is $20 per poker hand including a meal and T-shirt. Extra poker hands and meals are available for $5 each. Prizes will be awarded and the event will be held rain or shine.
