Moneymaker did it. Raymer did it. As have a whole host of players in recent years. They qualified for the World Series Of Poker main event through online satellites. Chris Moneymaker and Greg "Fossilman" Raymer have since become household names in and out of poker circles.
If you want a piece of the action at this year's WSOP main event, you could do a lot worse than check out what InterPoker has to offer. They have a guaranteed 106 seats available for the main event. Each seat worth $10,000. Qualifiers will have their accommodation taken care of from July 6th - July 14th, will be awarded $2,000 in spending money / travel expenses and should the unthinkable happen and they don't win the main event, Inter will give you the buy-in costs of event #45. Or, buy-in the super satellite directly for $150+$10.
