In keeping with the historic mood of this year’s World Series of Poker, celebrating the 40th edition of the world’s biggest poker gathering, PokerNews is proud to present a three-part video tribute to the World Series of Poker. The first of the three videos examines the early days of the WSOP, when a previous generation’s poker legends sat down to battle at the table. That the series has grown enormously over the subsequent four decades is testament both to the game itself and the ideas and people that are the WSOP.
