Today sees another day at the World Series of Poker Main Event unfold on ESPN as Phil Hellmuth takes center stage while battling some of the biggest names in the game including 2009 November Nine member Phil Ivey, last year's Main Event champion Peter Eastgate, Scotty Nguyen, Joe Hachem, Erick Lindgren, 2009 WSOP Player-of-the-Year Jeffrey Lisandro and 2008 November Nine player Dennis Phillips. Tonight's coverage also features Los Angeles Laker guard Jordan Farmar.
Also make sure to check out the latest edition of ESPN.com's Inside Deal as Andrew Feldman makes his hosting debut. This week's show features special guest Absolute Poker pro Mark Seif. One of the more colorful characters in the game, Seif answers questions about his recent cold streak during tournament play, his passion for cash games, and what life is like as a WSOP Academy instructor. Seif also discusses Russ Hamilton, the hole cards cheating scandal, and his upcoming free agency.
In addition to the Seif interview, Feldman and co-host Bernard Lee cover topics including the recent change with the Sports Legends Challenge and the potential player representation deals available for the November Nine finalists.
Watch the Inside Deal right here, and tune into ESPN tonight at 8 p.m. EST for two-hours of WSOP madness. It's never to early to start thinking about next year's WSOP, so start grinding now.
