Not everyone has a huge bankroll to deposit online to play poker with. Even some of your favorite players had meager beginnings online at one time. They just knew what to do to build on what they had. Unlike some of the greats like Doyle Brunson, Phil Ivey and Daniel Negreanu who had to grind it out for their bankrolls, online phenoms like Annette "Annette_15" Obrestad started from nothing and built their bankrolls by playing freerolls. Online poker sites run freerolls frequently, and if you're a Club PokerNews member, you're one up on the other grinders trying to build a roll online because PokerNews offers exclusive freerolls weekly with huge prize pools.
PartyPoker Summer Step-Up
The PartyPoker Summer Step-Up is bringing you a series of tournaments and freerolls to help you pad your bankroll. All you have to do is sign up for a PartyPoker account through PokerNews for an awesome deal whereby PartyPoker will give you $50 FREE with no deposit just for signing up for an account. Then, you can play one of three tournaments that range from $1 to $10 buy-ins to gain entry or acquire 10 PartyPoker Points to buy in to Step D, which is a $100 freeroll. The top 100 players who finish in Step D gain entry into the $1,000 Step E freeroll.
Here's more on the PartyPoker Summer Step Up.

Winner Poker Freerolls
Winner Poker offers Club PokerNews players weekly freerolls with prize pools ranging anywhere from $1,000 to $10,000. The $1,000 freerolls only require that you to earn one Winner Poker Point, so this is a great way to grow your bankroll. And, with weekly freerolls from Winner Poker, you'll have plenty of opportunities to add to your bankroll.
Remember, these freerolls are only available to Club PokerNews players, so you'll need to sign up for a Winner Poker account through PokerNews to be eligible.
Those are just a few examples of how you can build your bankroll for essentially nothing. We could tell you about all the other freerolls that PokerNews offers each week, but we have a Web page for that. Check out the Freerolls Page for a calendar of freeroll events offered and be sure you sign up for an online poker account through PokerNews to get in on the exclusive freerolls, too. You never know what could happen.

I think this is terribly misleading
couldnt agree more. I think this is the worst artical you have done in the past 2 year's iv been reading them. Lie to me again and i wont be back.
I think this is terribly misleading. It's not a freeroll if you have to deposit money or play some cash hands in order to play the tournament. Shame on poker news. Stop calling these freerolls. They're not freerolls. A freeroll has no requirements for cash deposits or cash play.
