FTOPS XXI

The Full Tilt continued Saturday with three more events: Event #14 $535 No-Limit Hold’em Heads-up, Event #15 $322 Pot-Limit Omaha Six-Max and Event #16 $216 NL Hold'em Rush. All of the events were well past their guarantee, and three more winners were crowned in Nick "canofcorn22" Petrangelo, "veeea" and "Branko07".

Saturday's win moved "veeea" into the top 10 of the Full Tilt. He sits in eighth place with 330 points, and "mrcall912" maintains his lead with 431 points. "canofcorn22" jumped up to 11th place with 309 points, and "Branko07" moved to 28th place.

Here’s a summary of Saturday's tournaments:

Event #14 $535 No-Limit Hold’em Heads-up

Event #14 easily surpassed its $100,000 guaranteed prize pool as 301 players generated a prize pool of $150,500. Of those making deep runs were Luke "IWEARGOGGLES" Staudenmaier (13th — $3,010) and Bryn "OnceUponAStar" Kenney (9th — $3,010). Of those two, Kenney moved himself up the FTOPS XXI leader board into fourth place with 374 points after a good overall showing on Saturday.

Heads-up play came down to Petrangelo and eventual runner-up "naimad89". Petrangelo won the duel to earn the $36,872.50 first-place prize, but "naimad89" scooped up a nice payday of $21,070 for his efforts. With this score, Petrangelo boosted his all-time online tournament winnings to over $3 million.
