Raise Money for St. Jude with Daniel Negreanu

It almost feels as though every week there is a new controversy or scandal surfacing in the poker industry, and oftentimes those bad apples overshadow what is good. Daniel Negreanu has always been one of the good guys, and he so often gives back as much as he can to the poker community. In his most recent endeavor, Negreanu aims to raise $100,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Negreanu has pledged to match up to $50,000 in donations made to the cause, and he will also be awarding the largest donors with a chance to win dinner and a poker session at his Las Vegas home. Here's the message from Negreanu on the fundraising page:

Welcome to my fundraising page. I am participating in this fundraising event to raise money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital — and I need your support to help me reach my goal.

For every donation of $2,500+, 4 of you will be chosen randomly to attend a dinner with me in Las Vegas, followed by a poker lesson/fun evening at my newly renovated home on March 29th!

Also, I will MATCH every donation I receive (up to $50,000) that comes in between now and the end of the week.
