partypoker to host the 18-Day “Pokerfest: Micro Turbo Edition” Online Poker Series
Today, partypoker kicks off the “Pokerfest: Micro Turbo Edition,” an 18-day online poker series packed with 50 inexpensive, fast-paced, multi-table tournaments and $50,000 in total guaranteed prize pools. The tournament series is exclusively for those in New Jersey.
“I’m spending most of late January grinding live at the World Poker Tour Borgata Winter Poker Open* — if I bust a live event I can play online and Pokerfest is ideal as it offers a great variety of games and I don’t have to commit too much time because of the turbo format,” said Team partypoker’s Scott Baumstein.

Here are some highlights of Pokerfest: Micro Turbo Edition:
- A huge range of tournaments. Hold’em, Omaha, bounty tournaments, rebuys and more with buy-ins from just $0.50.
- Mega Satellites. Qualify for the $10 buy-in $10,000 guaranteed Deepstack Turbo Main Event at 2pm on Sunday 2 February for just $2 every day or enter 100 seat guarantee tournament on the day at 12.30pm. The perfect Superbowl warm-up!
- Leaderboard. First place in the leaderboard race gets a $5k package to a WPT® event of their choice! The next nine places get cash prizes.
- Pokerfest Missions: Missions give players targets to aim for, challenge them to try new things and improve their game. The aim of Missions is to improve poker skills but there are also great extra rewards for completing them. Information about players opting in or completing the Missions objectives is not visible to other players. Easy, Regular and Hard Missions are available to take on. Eg. Pokerfest Easy Mission: Play one tournament every day for 5 days – knock 5 opponents out of tournaments and triple your stack in a single hand in one of the tournaments. Achieve your mission and get rewarded with $5.
