Mike Sexton Speaks Out About Joe Hachem’s Comments
Last week, former World Series of Poker Main Event champion Joe Hachem claimed that Jamie Gold and Jerry Yang – also former WSOP Main Event winners – had destroyed the world champion legacy. It was an interview that got the poker community’s tongues wagging, including the legend that is Mike Sexton.
Sexton agrees with Hachem’s comments, stating: “I said for years that poker never really grew because the vast majority of past World Champions just never gave back or promoted the game.”
