After a short hiatus during the World Series of Poker Main Event, the Sunday Briefing returns this week to bring you the results from the weekend's major tournaments on the virtual felt. Hundreds of online regulars returned to their grind stations outside of the U.S., and many settled back into their routine quickly by reaching final tables.

Alen "lilachaa" Bilic, one of our Rookies to Watch during the 2014 WSOP, won the PokerStars $109 Sunday Rebuy this week. The 25-year-old pro bested a field of 844 to claim the $47,006 top prize. Other notables who hit paydirt at PokerStars on Sunday were Stefano "easylimp" Terziani, Dimitar "KuuL" Danchev, TJ "1BigAceHole" Ulmer, and Team PokerStars Pro Naoya "nkeyno" Kihara, who took second in the Sunday Million for $150,817.

Over at Full Tilt Poker, David "davidp17" Peters (pictured) won The Sunday Major after agreeing to a heads-up chop with Brazilian pro Thiago "DecanoBR" Nishijima. Peters, who said on Twitter that he had "very disappointing" WSOP, collected $36,151 for his win this week — bigger than each of his eight cashes in Las Vegas during the summer.
