The Sunday Briefing: Chris "Big Huni" Hunichen Wins Sunday Warm-Up, Crosses $7M in Cashes

The final table of the PokerStars Sunday Million had some firepower this week. No less than six familiar names navigated a field of 6,729 to reach the most coveted final table of the weekend, and in the end it was John "LeNaber" Howlett who secured the title and a prize of $119,919 after a five-handed deal.

The biggest earner in the Sunday Million was "yougotJDZ'd" who locked up $129,327 as the chip leader before bowing out in fifth place. Niels "Fisherman903" van Alphen, Joldis "moiadcosmin" Cosmin, Diego "Die Ventura" Ventura and Julio "JULK77" Bianchi Bedos were also among the final nine.

Elsewhere, Chris "Big Huni" Hunichen added another major title to his poker résumé by winning the PokerStars Sunday Warm-up. Hunichen, who already owned wins in the Super Tuesday (twice), Sunday 500 (twice), Sunday $109 Rebuy and Sunday Supersonic on PokerStars, surpassed $7 million in online tournament cashes with his latest conquest (according to PocketFives.com).
