Sundays are a big day for poker players at virtually any poker site, who all hold their biggest online poker events at the end of the weekend.
This is particularly true at 888poker, where the room’s biggest events — the $100k Challenge and the $100k Mega Deep — attract thousands of players to sit at the virtual tables.
Despite the guarantee of the Challenge being reduced to $75k, online grinders turned out in force to battle it out for a Sunday major title.
This week we'll take a look at all the Sunday majors played at 888 in July, including a thorough look at "EternallyYrs," who made three final tables in three weeks at 888poker. It began on July 12 when "EternallyYrs" finished in fifth place in the $100k Mega Deep for $6,248 and followed it up a week later with a fourth-place finish in the $75k Challenge for $6,135.
Not content with these two final tables, a week later "EternallyYrs" took down the $75k Challenge for $15,919, bringing his July total up to a cool $28,302.
