Qualify Today For the Pokerfest And Play For a Share of $3,000,000!
After the success of the last edition in April, partypoker decided to run a new supersized edition of its Pokerfest poker series with 90 online and live events, along with over $3,000,000 in guaranteed prize pools.
"We've doubled down on our biggest tournament series to bring you [the] Pokerfest Live [and] Online," a note from partypoker states. "Plus, we've added our Pokerfest Missions and more Golden Chips to give you more to play for than ever before."
The second Pokerfest in 2015 will run online at partypoker from Sunday, Sept. 27, through Sunday, Oct. 11, and will offer an action-packed calendar that already features 80 online events with $2,500,000 in guaranteed prize pools.
For the first time ever the upcoming edition of the series will include also a number of live events to be played at the Dusk Till Dawn (DTD) Poker & Casino Nottingham. The games held at the iconic poker room will feature £620,000 in guaranteed prize pools spread over 10 events to be played from Sunday, Aug. 2, through Sunday, Sept. 6.
2015 Pokerfest Online: the Highlights:
The official calendar of the online leg of the 2015 Pokerfest features a great number of premium events that are set to attract grinders from all over the globe. The highlight of the series is the $300,000 GTD. $250 buy-in Main Event running alongside the $150,000 GTD. $530 buy-in High Roller on Sunday, Oct. 11.
Those into big guarantees will love the Event #7 (Sept. 27) and the Event #40, as they will both offer the chance to play for a $250,000 guaranteed prize pool for a $250 buy-in. Among the other tournaments that are surely worth a mention, are the $100 buy-in $50,000 GTD. Event #3 (Sept. 27), and the Event #10, a no-limit hold'em tournament that features a $150,000 guarantee for a $530 entry fee.
Non-hold'em players will also get their fair share of action, as the 2015 Pokerfest online will give them the opportunity to enjoy some top pot-limit Omaha events like the $15,000 GTD. $200 buy-in Event #15 (Sept. 28), and the $10,000 GTD $50 buy-in Event #57 running on Oct. 8.
Additionally the schedule features many lower buy-in events making this a poker festival for every type of poker player.

2015 Pokerfest Live: The Action At The Dusk Till Dawn
If you like live poker, you should consider to be part of the first-ever live leg of the Pokerfest and visit the DTD poker room between Aug. 2 and Sept 6.
Built specifically to 'seduce' recreational players and beginners alike, the action at the DTD is highlighted by a £330 buy-in Main Event that features a £300,000 guarantee, and a £70 buy-in Mini Live Event with a £150,000 guarantee.
The calendar includes also a £15,000 GTD. pot-limit Omaha event, and a large number of smaller side events with buy-ins starting from £70 and going all the way up to £1,100 for the £60,000 GTD. High Roller Event kicking off on Sept. 2.

How to Qualify to The Pokerfest
As usual, you have plenty of ways to join the action without paying for the full buy-in.
Online Satellites. Satellite tournaments to win a seat in the events part of the Pokerfest Online calendar started today, Jul. 1, and will run daily until Sept. 1 at partypoker. Online qualifiers have the possibility to win a seat in the Main Event for as little as $20 in the Qualifier to Pokerfest Main Event tournaments. The players interested in other events in the schedule can also try to snap a seat for a fraction of the regular buy-in, as the satellites currently available offer tickets to the $20 buy-in events for as little as $2.
Buy a package. If satellites are not your thing and you have been loyal to partypoker for some time, you can literally 'buy' a discounted entry to the events of your choice by using your points. The packages on tap start from 650 points to play all the $5 events and go all the way up to 41,000 points for The Total Package, a monstrous package that will give you access to all the events in the schedule.
