I emailed the site and didn't get a response - why not?

While every site talks about having 24 hour support and while you'll occasionally get a reply back from a site within a few minutes or an hour, sometimes your email may get lost altogether.

Think about all the "spam" and "junk" email you get - now imagine you're a poker site with 100,000+ players making for 100,000x's that stuff that needs to be weeded through and deleted.

This means that *sometimes* an email will get lost. If you email a site and don't hear from them with 24 hours, email them again, *politely* noting it's your 2nd inquiry regarding the situation.
