I want to give my friend money on the site - how do I go about that?

Let's say you owe "Bob" $100. You want to transfer money from your account to his. There is a way to do this, and the FAQ on each individual site will explain how to do so.

Under no circumstances should you and Bob sit at a heads-up table you intentionally lose $100 to him. This is called "chip dumping" and every site has rules against it, for a variety of reasons.

Go through the official authorized ways. Or, you can transfer money from the site to your Neteller account and transfer it from there to his Neteller account.

Yes, it will take longer than "chip dumping," but you will be following the rules, and not risking having your funds confiscated for breaking a site's Terms of Use.
