A. In another FAQ point, the suggestion was made to make sure your computer can handle the system requirements of the poker software.

If it can, and you have problems, make sure to turn off extraneous programs you have running on your computer. If you continue to have problems, another aspect of the software that can take up memory are the animations and various bells and whistles of the interface.

On the front page of most sites is a settings or preferences tab. Click it and shut off animations, sound, and all the things that aren't necessary. You should have fewer problems.

If you continue to do so, email the poker site directly and explain everything.
