top 5-10 might be easier hlep but top 20??? how many people really play more than 20 pokers site???? and if You don't play at the site you'll not able to rank them.
However, here's my ranking
#1 Party Poker.... Only if You want to make money at Limit poker.
#2 Ultimate Bet... If You want to play and win mid-size tournament
#3 Poker Star.... If you want to make Money at Sit and go. ( Lately so may bad beat I don't know why. Once I Play 4 tables 2/4 Limit 3 of 4 tables i got deal with pocket pair. 2 of pocket pair flop set... I bet and bet and up 1 lose to fullhouse and other lost to straight. All happen at same time.
#4 Paradise Poker.... If you want to play high buy-in tour but weaker player
#5 Poker Room + Hollywood + Fullcontact poker = good weak players traffic
#6 Doyles Room If you want to beat the Legend Player are very aggressive there
#7 Absolte poker
#8 Fulltilt
#9 Empire Poker... Used to be my #1 list but not anymore since break up with PP
#10 Noble + Poker.com + Pokerhost + poker Champ ( traffic players are so bad) so hard to find the game you want to play in
