The people at ultimatebet said I am not eligable for the freeroll tomorrow. What is wierd is that I won 1st in the same tourney last month. So I must have been eligible then. Ive tried to explain this to them but Im running out of time. Can ya'll please help. Thanks

still no luck here

after receiving e-mail from ultimatebet telling me i was eligible I was unable to register - I informed tem of this a day before the tournament. They responded that I was registered and I just needed to sign in 30 mins before which I did but still could not- I contacted support again but they did not respond. Finally I received an e-mail saying this tournament has started , nothing we can do.
Think this is really poor and want something done but ultimatebet just say tough - if anyone wants my old TECs maybe they could let me know and I will sell them on - I'm not going to use ultimatebet again with this level of service
