I have the same problem, What I do was chat with Pokerhost and they tell me to contact Pokernews. So I E-mail Pokernews and nextday I check back My name was add on the registered list.
So Just E-mail Pokernews and check back on pokerhost tournament room later to see if your name is on it

They don't show you as eligible, Hockey. You have to have originally downloaded the software through pokernews. E-mail them again, but I must say....of all the ones we have done, they really seem on the ball.

POKERHOST HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE SOFTWARE, AND THE TOURNAMENT WILL START IN 10 MINUTES....DO NOT LEAVE IF YOU ARE IN THIS TOURNAMENT.

I have confirmed this. Please do not try to get into tournaments you are not eligible for. Both of you have been pokerhost players for months before they even appeared on our list....so a 'tracker mistake' is not possible
