Look folks...we do a LOT of freerolls. The ROOM in question has 100% control, and responsibility over these events. Obviously, we do not have access to their software, etc. If you are 'screwed' over, you have to take it up with the room in question. We do everything we can do try to help people get into these tournaments. If a room tells you that PokerNews has to do something to get you into the freeroll, the person is incorrect - none of our freerolls work that way. Ask for a supervisor, and (assuming you are eligible) don't give up.

Ok............ Ty for the explation. But before each event you should get in contact with the player and the ROOM. Email the player to remind them and email the room to see who has made the requirments. Just a suggestion i am not mad i love this site i am just a little ticked off. Well thank you anyway. I am sorry it didnt work out but i will try the next one. Thnks and goodluck at the tables.
