Poker4ever bonus problem

I joined up to poker4ever through pokernews to get the 40% bonus up to $200 (probably advertised on the right hand side of the screen at the moment). Poker4ever say the maximum bonus is $40, and they won't give me the $76 bonus that I'm entitled to (from a $190 deposot). They say you have got it wrong....I say please can you sort this out for me!

I had the same problem today. Deposited 500 for the max 200 bonus as advertised here, got $40 bucks instead.

Thank you for contacting POKER4EVER support.

The bonus which you have received from PokerNews affiliate link is a $40 bonus and not a 40% bonus. Your bonus is correctly activated and by earning the required number of rake points (280 rake points), it will be credited to your account.

This was advertised incorrectly on the PokerNews web site. We take no responsibility for this situation. For more details, please contact your affiliate or PokerNews.

Thank you for your email.

You can cancel the bonus "pokernews40" which links you to PokerNews.

To cancel your bonus please log in at our website www.poker4ever.com and click on "My Account/Bonus".

Click on cancel to deactivate your bonus.

After that you can register a new bonus code from another playersclub.

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

I guess thats the only way to straighten this out. Hopefully PokerNews will reply to this thread or my email and let me know if it was a misunderstanding that can be corrected, or just cancel the bonus totally. I would like to go through PokerNews though so they get credit.

This is giving me a headache. I cancelled the pokernews40 bonus even though I was a third of the way clearing it. It clears fast. But I'd rather have the full 200 bonus as it was offered.

I saw another offer of 40% to 200 bonus called EXTRA200. I will use that one I guess. But now I'm going to have to make a second deposit of $500 it appears.

What a huge hassle, not to mention the back and forth emails to support trying to get this resolved. I'm not going to be in a hurry to use the signup links from this site again unless this all works out for the best.

Yep me neither.

Also, the customer support at poker4ever were not very helpful at all. They have no idea about how to treat their customers. This, and the fact their software is regularly crashing, makes me warn people against using them

Hi all,

I am VERY sorry for this misunderstanding, we were pondering about this problem until this afternoon when we have received the email from Poker4Ever.
They have informed us that it is their mistake and it will be fixed, please send your nick name to marius@pokernews.com and be sure to write the subject poker4ever.

Gedas, what happened to the Poker4Ever WSOP link? Looked for the site here and can't find it anymore.

We could no longer work with poker4ever. There are many reasons and we will make it public as soon as possible. We are always concerned not to link to sites that may be a risk to our customers down the track.

We will replace the WSOP seats with others very soon.
