I like the idea of casinos advertising and I've heard their ads on the radio too.

Why dont more card rooms do the same?

For example there are very strict rules on casino advertising in Lithuania. Casino can show ads, sponsor the TV programmes, but only with its brand name. No addresses, working hours, games etc. can be mentioned. Any indirect ads like Foxwoods did are also prohibited.

Some casinos in Lithuania found a hole in the Gambling law. It is not prohibited to have a restaurant or night club in the same building as casino, also it is not prohibited to advertise such clubs. So, people comes to the club, see the show and then goes downstairs to play poker or roullette.
