JetSetPoker.com How to rob a player to his face

I am currently a member of the online JetsetPoker community. It is by far one of the most enjoyable sites as far as game play and entertainment. Their online staff monitor the tables frequently to ensure a positive game atmosphere. So why am I writing this? Well it happened two nights ago during a low buy-in tournament. Me and a few others at the table engaged ourselves in a verbal dispute in which I insulted other players profusely who in turn teamed up to verbally attack me. Administration was then paged and they took action to revoke my chat privelages for approximately 24 hours, which I did not mind due to my behavior at the table. I accepted the consequences as it is stated in their gameplay rules. The next day as I go online and open up the Jetset Lobby, as I'm trying to login, it states that "This account has been disabled" and I repeated tried to login to no success. I then emailed the Jetset Staff about this matter, recieved no response. Emailed again and still no response. I then sent this Email :

O.K. this is the 3rd time today I've tried to get some kind of
communication out of your 24/7 prioritized support team. And you have
failed to contact me back. Last night my account seems to have been
disabled due to an infraction on my bahalf towards other players. I do
not mind revoking my chat, but disabling my account while I still have
funds in your site is an outrage. I feel as if I am being robbed right
before my own eyes. I love playing on Jetset, yet this action taken
against me has become overbearing on my conciousness. Either reinstate
my account w/ no chat privelages immediately, contact me in response to
this immediately, or I will make it a lifestyle to spread the news of
this Jetset action to as many poker players and forums and poker rooms
as I possibly can. I am a frequent player at many of the cardrooms
located in San Diego, and I will join as many forums as possible to
spread the news. Now if my account is reinstated immediately, I will
forget this matter, continue my play at Jetset, and do my best to watch
my language.

Within the hour my account was active again. I forgot about no problem.
Today, you guessed it, once again! My account is again disabled!
I still have funds on the site which I cannot access due to an inability to login!
I've just about had it with this site and already started my quest to ruin the name of Jetset. I've brought many players to the site who have also invested their time and money in Jetset, but I can GUARANTEE no more positive word by mouth from me.

I find highly abbhorent how online companies make use of their powers to take advantage of consumers. Often with these companies the only means of communication is through email manned by underpaid aperatives of questionable iontelligence.

I sympathise wholely with your plight and shall nat be going anywhere near JETSET POKER.

It is about thime these companies realised that they cant just lockthemselves away in their ivory towers rulling their empires with no gfear of apprisals.

You may use my reply in any way you see fit to get the point accross tho this site.

The outcome is so funny. They didn't want to lose what little business they have. They are not one of the biggest poker sites out there and they know it. That was a good one. That gives me an idea to send Royal Vegas Poker an email that is similar cause they cancelled me and my mothers account because when we sighned up we accidently used the same username. lol

Hello ellusions,

Thank you very much for your post.

Please accept my personal apologies for any inconvenience you have experienced in this regard as in all candor my sentiments would have been identical. In this instance we were to encounter a technical issue where members that temporarily had their chat privileges revoked experienced intermittent difficulties in attempting to connect. This matter was exacerbated by the fact that the error messaging provided improperly stated that the account of the member in question 'had been disabled' when in reality the connection authorization was at fault.

While we were to expeditiously emend this, various members, including yourself, incorrectly experienced temporary logging restraints. Rest assured that we have since addressed this matter and anticipate no further incident.

Ellusions, we are fortunate to have discriminating members such as yourself as part of the JetSetPoker community and please note that our staff shall be reaching you directly via your registered email address at JetSetPoker.

I hope this message finds you well and you are always welcome to reach us at your leisure.

Best regards,

Andrew Smith
