Well, I previously signed up for the Titan WSOP Freeroll for this month last month and now I hear that points are no longer required. When I sent an email to Titan to see if I could get my points back, this is what they sent me:
Dear **Joey,
Thank you for contacting Titan Poker.
This is Christine from the Support team and I am glad to be of assistance from you!
We confirm the receipt of your email.
Joey, we would like to inform you that since you registered into the tournament before the new policy had been issued, we regret to inform you that your points will not be refunded into your account.
Allow us to take this opportunity to wish you good luck in your games and have a wonderful day, Joey!

May I say that I thought PokerNews could have done a better job in informing their loyal players about this decision before it happened and may I add that I thought this was very unprofessional of Titan to not compensate my points.

Hi, this was Titan Poker's idea and was just recently decided. BUT, you will certainly get your points back! They told us this would happen. We will pass this message to them, Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your response GazMan.
Are you sure I'll get my points back? The email I pasted above stated otherwise but that was a couple of days ago. Sent a reply email to them the other day but still no response back yet.
Who did you speak to GazMan?
Thank you
