Was just surfing on CardPlayer.com http://cardplayer.com/poker-tournaments/event.php?id=9492&screen=result and noticed that the WPT event at the Mandalay Bay is only offering No Limit Hold 'Em. I don't understand why there isn't more game types offered? Is poker becoming a No Limit Hold 'Em world? Couldn't they at least add a few Omaha events?

Hello terry,
One of the effects of the current popularity of NL Texas Hold 'Em is that, yes, many tournaments schedules nowadays are entirely NL events. It comes down to something that Chris Ferguson said to me in an interview earlier this year..."You have 600 people who want to play NL Hold' Em versus 150 or 200 that want to play something else...which one do you think the casinos will go with?"
