I now see the tournament up but I am unable to register as there is no registration button showing.I have spoken to live support but they say it is a problem with mansion, yet there are 30 other people registered. How did they do it and why am I unable to when I have met the conditions as listed. Is anyone else having the same problem?

Hi beegmo,
It seems this is a recurring problem with mansion poker. When I first signed up last month they said there was a problem so I couldn't register for the first one but will be able to for the next 2. I haven't tried to sign up yet but since the last tournament I have been able to register.
I suggest you talk to live help on this site in the mornings EST.
I would also e-mail mansion again and ask them if they can offer you anything since it is a problem with their software.
good luck

Now mansion is telling me that they have no record of me signing up through poker news.I am 100% sure that I did but they won't help. They say to get poker news to fix it but they don't reply to emails so I guess i'm out of luck.I wonder if this site is legit.Has anyone ever actually played in one of these "special " freerolls or is it just a scam?I see other posts about being unable to play one at ultimate bet as well.

Hi beegmo,
Did you follow the correct steps when making an account at Mansion?
To be eligible for this tournament, you must register with MANSION through the PN link, and have made a deposit BEFORE July 12th.

Hi Breant,
I am sorry to hear this, although, if you did send us an email (using contact form or any other way) we have forwarded your info to Mansion, that is the only thing we really can do.
Please post here if you will be able to play the freeroll.
