Is that the 0.01 buy in? It's better at 10 minutes than 3 hours into it with the chip lead. I have played at mansion and haven't had any problems.
Mansion is still a new site, of course it has some bugs. Still many fish as well.
good luck

AwildRideHD, if you think you had it tough, try this story on for size:
In one of the first ever Mansion Dome tourneys, I was down to last two for the seat. I had around a 40,000 chip lead on the other guy but the blinds were high-ish. The software crashed and I had to restart my laptop. When I logged back in after about 4 min, he had managed to steal 80,000 worth of blinds from me.
When I complained to Mansion support, the support guy said: "No one else had a problem." Yeah good one genius.
Thankfully, justice prevailed and I won another seat recently - my episode will be aired 13 August. Wish me luck

They just deposited $10 into the accounts of all 600 entrants in the qualifier that was canceled on Saturday.I'm impressed.

They usually do that, even when we had problems with private PokerNews satellites, they gave one more seat to us, just for the problems.
In time they will fix their problems, I am sure of that.

I guess they are still trying to get bugs out of the system. Did you at least get your buy in back?

yes and got a phone call from a poker manager very helpfull got my money back and a bit more which was nice just hope all the probs are sorted seems o.k now just like to say thanks to all at mansion for all ther help. its not a bad site just a few nutters on there same as any site i suppose

They still are a new site, things like that happen.
But as you see they treat their players with respect, and want everyone to be satisfied.
If something like that happen to you, just sit back and wait couple days for them to get back to you (if a turney crashes, remember that there are many players with problems).

Maybe they are dealing the river first? How's that for respecting players?
I had lots of crashes with mansion, got compensated twice at least.
Enjoyed it there but then the wierdest beats ever known started happening. I swear their random generator had alchziemers, we were sitting in the chatroom predicting the cards and hitting over 50% of the time - an 8 on every turn etc. One-off user id's started making crazy moves close to the money in big tours - chip dumping? People all-in bluffing empty side pots ON THE BUBBLE and keeping the short stacks in the game.
I ran for the hills with my earlier profits.

I just started playing at mansion. It's a good site. I would like to know how to bring up other games besides holdem. I only could find holdem games. I like playing omaha hi/low for play money. Any suggestions. I would also like to know how to get the different faces that I see other people posting.
