The activity on the World Poker Tour, both on the felt and in the business world, was quiet through most of the summer. As we enter the fall, however, the WPT have been very active. With the action finished at the Legends of Poker at the Bicycle Casino.
I wonder how the WPT broadcasts will compete against the inevitable broadcasts of the Asian Poker Tour (APT) - the first of which is being played in Singapore later this year.
Will the Asian viewing public rather watch US poker players or Asian poker players? My guess is that the APT has a much better chance of success - if I'm right the WPT needs to start holding events in Asia.
