I was under the impression I that this was restricted to Poker News members?
Mansion is running daily qualifiers ($10+1) to the same Oct 15th tourney ....and anyone with a Mansion Acct can enter these satellites.

that is the point, that anyone can enter, and our freerolls are private, which means that the competition there wont be so big.
Do you want to play the same thing with like few hundred players or with 1000's?

china,
Thanks for the response..that's the info I was was looking for when I asked the question.
Mucho Appreciato.

This wasn't the case. There were many many players who "won" the entry in a local competition at a bar.
My question is, is it or is it not a pokernews restricted tourney. In the future, it would be good to know if Mansion is honoring that or not.

I am poker news member but didnt sign up for mansion thru here, can i still buy in the 100$ and win?

I would suspect that you or anyone else could do so as the password is listed(elsewhere) for all to see.
Guys,
Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to keep the password off the tourney info page and e-mail it to all those who actually did sign up at mansion through the Poker News link. That way you won't get every Tom,Dick and Harry playing the tourney whether they registered for Mansion thru PN or not.

Here is the list of special freerolls http://www.pokernews.com/freeroll-tournaments/ , although it is already to late to register for Pacific freeroll, there still are others like Titan and Mansion, to which you can still make it.
