The other part of the legislation requring ISP's to block gambling sites is unconstitutional. Can anyone name a site that is blocked in the US? Is there an ISP I can switch too if that does happen?

Actually, and unfortunately, its not unconstitutional. The 1st Amendment doesn't pertain to commercial speech, only private speech. You can stand on a street corner and talk to someone about an illegal online gambling site, but you couldn't post an affiliate link to an illegal gambling site. Here I'm careful to state illegal sites. Although sports betting over the internet is clearly illegal under federal law, online poker is not addressed and until the courts interperet the law otherwise is completely legal on the federal level. There is, of course, the state of Washington that has expressly forbidden online poker, which makes commercial speech promoting online poker illegal in Washington. The exact impact of this new bill won't be fully understood until the first couple of court cases.

I'm starting to get oddly preturbed with the continuing comments of the WPT as they relate to online players.
