UltimateBet Parent Excapsa Bought by Private Maltese Company

There are rumors on 2+2 that Absolute bought Excapsa's assets... or something like that. An Absolute affiliate is reporting that Absolute and Excapsa will combine their networks but continue to use different software. I'm skeptical.
