I won 2nd place in the 5k freeroll about 4 weeks ago and I have been having alot of trouble cashing the money out it seems like I am getting the run around. I called their support to transfer the money into my bank over 3 weeks ago after I increased the win from 512$ to 650$ and I still havnt gotten the money yet. I called a few days ago and their customer service said they were gonna process it then but they should have done that weeks ago when I first made the withdraw request? I hope they are a good site because I had alot of fun playing there and brought a few friends with me but I want the issue to get resolved. Anyone ever had this problem with them before?

Congrats on coming in second, must have taken a long time. I used to play on bet365 and have never had trouble withdrawing money.

TYvm I think thats what I am going to do and I hope that I get my winnings soon from 365. Yea it did take about 6.4 hours lol so I kinda wantthese winnings as it was a poker battle.

Prima is maybe not the best network when it comes to software and stuff, but the players are terrible. If you are a decent poker player you can easily win quite a lot of money. However, I would choose another skin where you can get a good rakeback deal. Crazy Poker for instance offers 60% rakeback if you sign up through RakeBrain... I play with that deal and have earned a lot!

Ty I just this week finaly got my money and it was kinda my fault for the delay because I thought the money was going to be directly wired to my account but instead they sent a money order to my bank and I wasnt every home when they called. Then today I went in to do some banking and they said they had a money order for me with the money I won I tell ya it couldnt have come at a better time to cause I was on my way to home depot for stuff to redo my bathroom now I can make it a little nicer! In my opinion Bet365 is a very professional site and they took care of the matter as best they could since it was an international transfer. I will continue to win off that site!
